Hi-Density Blue Yoga Brick

A safe and lighter alternative in Blue EVA foam to the traditional wooden brick, for use in numerous standing and seated postures to provide lift or grounding. With three distinctly different dimensions to vary the height, the brick offers firm support. The brick will not distort under bodyweight, and will not damage floors (or toes!).

Blue Belt - Cinch Buckle - Long 2.5m

Yoga belts are useful to assist in attaining correct postures by providing the required tension of a pose without straining. Belts are used for binding in postures such as Supta Padnagusthasana (Reclining Hero stretch), as extensions in forward bends like Urdhvamamukha Janu Sirasana (head on knee) and as support in Paripurna Navasana (the boat).

This is our longest belt at 2.5m and the extra length is recommended for taller people or for those wanting to use the belt for binding in postures such as the boat.

Blue EVA Foam Yoga Block

The Yoga Block, shown here in Blue, is used for cushioning in inversions, such as the shoulder stand, which four blocks are required, to support the head in forward bends and for lift in seated twists. Spacer blocks of 1” are particularly useful when needing to reduce or increase the height of one’s lift by less than 2” (5cm) in one go.
