Why not add resistance to your weighted bar with these safety resistance tubes?  The tubes feature a special loop that attaches to  the end of the weighted bar to offer a vast range of workout options. Supplied as a pair of safety tubes you can attach one tube to each end of the bar and put your hands or feet in the loop on the other end.

Alternatively the two tubes can be joined together by looping the handles together to make one long tube that attaches to both ends of the bar for arm curls and deadlifts.
