The Pro Inflatable Punch Bag offers a great workout and is not to be confused with toy inflatable punch bags. The Pro Punch bag offers quick rebound and a comfortable punching surface. The bag features a 115cm x 30cm punch bag - consisting of durable poly canvas outer with heavy duty inflatable vinyl inner, that fits on a durable sprung metal core. The heavy duty hdpe base needs to filled with sand or water to hold the bag in place whilst in use.
