The Pro-Mat is our best mat for Pilates, exercise and therapy. At 15mm thick it offers excellent support for the spine and knees. The mat is double sided and will not slide on the floor.
Choose the 140cm mat for extra portability or go for the 180cm for full body coverage & studio use. 100% recyclable TPE is impermeable, hygienic and PVC Free.

I bought this mat and it turned out to be better than I had hoped for. I wanted a thicker mat that would be soft, yet firm as my back is sensitive when lying on the floor. ......this mat is exactly that.....very comfortable. It is an excellent mat and I am very pleased with it.
