I am an owner of a small gym now. Earlier I worked at it as a trainer and used the 16kg and 18kg kettlebells with my clients. But now many of them are ready to get acquainted with the 20kg thing. They are currently working on technical lifts such as snatches and one arm ladder presses. One of my female clients started with the 16kg and now she currently able to perform consistent confident swings with the 20kg bell. These kettlebell workouts have brought the best out of my clients.
