I recently purchased a pair of Power-Grip - Hand Exercisers to build my forearm strength. I've used them for a week now (every day), and I'm very pleased with the results! I really enjoy the grips. I keep one of them in my office on the desk and one is in my car, and use them from time to time, when I get stuck in the traffic jam, or while reading a document in the office or giving some rest to my eyes which usually get tired from the PC display.

I bought 2 sets of these- one set sits in my car, and I put one of the second set next to my PC and the last in my amp. whenever I'm in traffic, warming up for guitar playing, waiting for a webpage/video/game/server to load I just grip away- I've not had them long- but for warming up it seems to do the job, well worth the money in my opinion!
