As a trainer in a local gym I can report this ball is ideal for pelvic floor exercisers. it enhances Pilates workout and helps develop strength, endurance and concentration. Besides the ball offers excellent grip. Purchased a few items for my gum, the clients are pleased. Thanks!

The ball's surface doesn't allow it to slip on clothes and at the same time it provides an easy grip with the floor surface. The slightly textured surface always feeling secure. Due to the construction, it would be quite hard to keep it over inflated.
