This is an ideal Pilates or exercise mat for those on the move, or for Studios tight on storage space. The NBR foam offers excellent cushioning and memory, yet the mat weighs a little over 1kg making it light enough to carry around. The mat comes complete with a removable shoulder strap that holds the mat rolled up for easy storage and transport.

Summary: Soft and comfortable 10mm mat which rolls for easy transport and storage. Top side ribbed, bottom side smooth.

The mat is thick enough. Its smooth on the underside and ribbed on the side to lie on. Rolled up it is held by two webbing straps and linked to another one that acts as a “handle” – very comfortable to carry in hand or on shoulder. The ribbed surface gives good grip without being sticky. A little imperfection o- the diameter of the rolled up mat makes it difficult to find a suitable bag... but I can carry it without a bag since i have a strap-handle!
